- Safety & wellbeing
Every child deserves a safe place to learn
Our approach follows CBSE Circular 01/2024 and the Government of India’s School Safety and Security Guidelines, with prevention, prompt reporting and child-centred support at its core.
Important Contacts
Access a list of verified contacts and organizations that offer assistance, advice, and support for children and families.
- When a concern is raised
A Child-First Response
Concerns should be received calmly, recorded accurately and escalated through the legally required route.
Listen and protect
Listen without judgement, reassure the child that speaking up was right, and address any immediate safety or medical need.
Report promptly
Do not investigate, confront the alleged person, or promise secrecy. Preserve relevant information and follow mandatory POCSO and child-protection reporting procedures.
Support and privacy
Share information only with those responsible for protecting the child, while arranging appropriate counselling, family and statutory support.
- Public accountability
Reports and records to keep current
The national guidance calls for regular safety reviews, inspections and transparent follow-through—not a once-a-year exercise.
Publish every quarter
